One monthly plan per resource. Your agents use the same key.

Any account can create a free API key. Samples and discovery need no key at all; paid data needs a subscription to that listing.

Monthly plan, metered tier, rate cap

Each resource has its own monthly plan. Subscribing unlocks paid data for that resource on your keys.

Some plans add a metered per-call price on top, shown below.

Metered plans have a 10,000 calls/month hard cap (HTTP 403 when exceeded). The Live Price Feed plan has no monthly cap.

Do my agents need a separate plan?
No. People and agents on the same account share the same subscriptions and keys.
Is there a usage cap?
Metered plans cap at 10,000 calls a month; calls past the cap return HTTP 403. The Live Price Feed plan has no monthly cap.
What are the rate limits?
Without a key: 60 requests per minute. With a key: 120 requests per minute per listing. Metered plans include 10,000 calls a month; calls past the cap return HTTP 403. The Live Price Feed plan has no monthly cap.
What happens if a call fails?
A paid call without a key returns HTTP 401. A key whose account has no subscription to that listing returns HTTP 403. A 429 means you hit a rate limit; wait for Retry-After. A 502 means the source is temporarily unavailable; retry later.
Can I get a refund?
To ask for a refund, contact support. Polar issues approved refunds, and access to that listing ends when the refund goes through. Support: https://support.intelclaw.org.
