Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026. Operator of intelclaw.org.
These terms govern use of the IntelClaw catalog, its APIs (including MCP) and paid subscriptions. Privacy policy describes data handling. Prices and usage caps are stated on /pricing.
The catalog
IntelClaw operates the catalog. Listings are structured resources (APIs, feeds, datasets, MCP tools) published by IntelClaw. Buyers purchase access. We provide discovery, entitlement, metering, and origin proxying. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, available, or fit for a particular decision. Sample payloads are labeled as samples and are not live origin feeds.
API keys
Any account can create a free API key. Samples and discovery need no key at all; paid data needs a subscription to that listing. No payment is needed to create a key. Keys are sent as Authorization: Bearer im_… by people, scripts and agents alike. A paid call without a key returns HTTP 401. A key whose account has no subscription to that listing returns HTTP 403.
Subscriptions and billing
Billed monthly by Polar, our merchant of record. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Polar acts as reseller for checkout. A plan renews on the interval shown at checkout until you cancel; you cancel in the Polar customer portal from your dashboard. Polar handles tax, invoicing and card processing, and your checkout is also subject to Polar’s terms. Once Polar confirms a payment, IntelClaw grants your account access to that listing. Metered plans have a monthly call cap; unlimited plans (currently Live Price Feed) do not. To ask for a refund, contact support. Polar issues approved refunds, and access to that listing ends when the refund goes through.
Acceptable use
No abuse of rate limits, no sharing of API keys, no attempting to bypass the subscription check, no scraping paid origins without entitlement, and no listing of malware or illegal data. We may revoke keys and entitlements for abuse.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. IntelClaw is not liable for decisions made using listing data or for origin downtime. Liability is limited to fees you paid to Polar for the affected listing in the prior 30 days, to the extent permitted by law.
